Gray, Ritter & Graham, P.C. represented thousands of U.S. farmers in a multidistrict litigation against Bayer Cropscience.  The litigation claimed that Bayer contaminated their crops and equipment with unapproved genetically modified rice, causing financial damage to the farmers.  Jason Sapp worked with plaintiff’s co-lead counsel and Gray, Ritter & Graham attorney Don Downing in a series of “bellwether” trials – or test cases – that awarded millions to farmers, as well as a global settlement in the case that resulted in a $750 million settlement for the U.S. rice farmers.
