In January 2012, Morry Cole begins his fifth year as an adjunct law professor at the Washington University School of Law. Cole teaches pre-trial litigation. His course emphasizes a hands-on approach to every aspect of case development. Students learn practical information about case investigation pleading, discovery, negotiation and trial preparation. The students interview clients and witnesses, draft pleadings, draft motions, argue motions, take depositions and negotiate case resolutions.
