Don Downing has been honored with the University of Missouri School of Law's highest award, the Citation of Merit. Recipients are chosen for their contributions to the School of Law, to the legal profession, and to their communities. Don will receive the award Sept. 17 at the School's annual "Law Day" in Columbia, Mo.
