Neill Co-Moderator Of Medicare Litigation Roundtable
Tom Neill was recently a co-moderator of a CLE addressing Medicare Issues in Civil Litigation. Medicare is a hot topic among attorneys due to the reporting requirements of Section 111 of MMSEA, as well as misinformation regarding set asides. The CLE was organized by the Lawyers Association of St. Louis.
