Founded in 1946

Our law firm was founded in 1946 by attorney Charles E. Gray, and he was joined by Robert F. Ritter in 1968. Gray & Ritter established itself as a preeminent litigation firm, representing clients across a broad spectrum. The firm achieved success in trial and appellate courts throughout the country. In 2000, the firm became Gray Ritter Graham when it merged with The Graham Law Firm. Maurice B. Graham had a tremendously successful practice as one of the most sought-after lawyers in Missouri, having built his practice in Southeast Missouri and beyond. Once he joined our firm in 2000, his success, and that of GRG, has only grown.
