Cole to Speak at Naturalization Ceremony in Cape Girardeau

Gray Ritter Graham attorney and President of The Missouri Bar Morry Cole will be a guest speaker at the April 6 naturalization ceremony in Cape Girardeau, Mo., for candidates for U.S. citizenship.  U.S. District Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh Jr. will preside over the ceremony, which will be held at the Rush H. Limbaugh Sr. U.S. Courthouse.  Other guest speakers will be Missouri Supreme Court Chief Justice Zel M. Fischer and Carlos Vargas-Aburto, president of Southeast Missouri State University.
