Two of the firm’s attorneys are featured speakers at a November event for new Missouri attorneys hosted by The Missouri Bar.
Gray, Ritter & Graham attorney Joan Lockwood is speaking on the factors to be considered in screening and evaluating cases. She will provide insight into evaluating whether a client’s goals can be met and providing practice tips on how to guide clients through the litigation process. Additionally, she will provide guidance on effective investigations and evidence preservation.
Gray, Ritter & Graham attorney Morry Cole is speaking to new Missouri attorneys about effective pleadings and motion practice in Court. Similar to the guidance he gives pre-trial litigation students annually at the Washington University School of Law, where he serves as an adjunct professor, Cole will be providing instruction on drafting pleadings, making effective arguments, and mastering the fundamentals that are necessary to successfully litigate.
