Downing Selected to Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America

Gray Ritter Graham attorney Don Downing has been selected as one of the 2011 Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America. Lawdragon is a print publication and website of U.S. attorneys that annually recognizes 500 lawyers throughout the nation for their accomplishments in the previous year as well as continued excellence. Downing was recognized specifically for his role as the lead negotiator of a $750 million settlement with Bayer Cropscience on behalf of U.S. rice farmers who suffered losses when a strain of Bayer's genetically modified rice contaminated the farmers' long-grain rice supplies.
