Morry Cole to Speak On Tractor Trailer Accident Investigations and Litigation

Gray Ritter Graham attorney Morry Cole will be a featured speaker at The Missouri Bar Committee Meetings in Jefferson City, MO on May 10, 2013. The Missouri Bar Transportation Committee has organized a continuing legal education class focusing on the complexities of handling commercial motor vehicle crash litigation. The committee invited Cole to present to lawyers interested in increasing their expertise in representing clients involved in major motor-vehicle incidents. He will present the plaintiff’s perspective on the proper steps to follow to investigate and initiate a tractor-trailer truck case in the strongest possible manner. Cole will cover evidence preservation, evidence gathering, collision reconstruction, and pleading. He will also lead a discussion on the nuances of litigating cases involving large commercial vehicles and the intricacies of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
