Serious Motor Vehicle Accident Case Takes Neill to Historic Illinois Courthouse

The courthouse, in Charleston, Ill., has roots dating back to when a young attorney named Abraham Lincoln tried over 20 cases in its original brick structure. The current courthouse, built in 1898, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
