A $1.51 billion settlement of the Syngenta corn class action lawsuit was announced March 12. The settlement is subject to court approval.  All those covered by the settlement, if approved, will need to file a claim to receive their funds.  Notices explaining the claims process will be directed to all class members after preliminary approval.  Gray Ritter Graham attorney Don Downing was one of four co-lead counsel for the plaintiffs in the litigation.  To read the Missouri Lawyers Weekly story on this development, click here.
