$218 Million Syngenta Corn Verdict Draws Extensive Media Coverage

On Friday, June 23, 2017, a Kansas jury awarded nearly $218 million to Kansas corn farmers in a class action lawsuit involving Syngenta's GMO corn.  Gray Ritter Graham attorney Don Downing was a co-lead counsel for the plaintiff farmers.

The verdict drew extensive media coverage, as it is the first in a number of class action lawsuits in this Multi-District Litigation.
