Bridges To Be Panelist At E-Discovery Conference

Gray Ritter Graham attorney Kaitlin Bridges will be a guest panelist at the “E-discovery at a Crossroads Conference,” co-hosted by the Rabiej Litigation Law Center and the George Washington University Humphreys Complex Litigation Center on April 13 and 14. The panel will include 10 federal judges and 15 attorneys who, like Katilin, are experts on various discovery issues, including electronic discovery.

The invitation-only conference will discuss two Rabiej Litigation Law Center proposed projects dealing with Rule 26 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which relates to the use of expert witnesses in federal litigation. Both provide realistic financial incentives to make producing and requesting e-discovery more efficient and precise.

The Rabiej Litigation Law Center is an independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit organization. The Center’s mission is to bring the bench and bar together to address timely litigation issues arising in e-discovery matters, class actions, and mass-tort MDLs. The Center holds regularly scheduled forums where federal judges and leading plaintiff and defense lawyers and other experts in the law can share their views and concerns as well as collaborate on resolving litigation issues.

The choice of a lawyer is an important decision that should not be based solely on advertisements.
