$193,000 Settlement in Dog Attack Premises Liability Lawsuit

Gray Ritter Graham attorneys Maurice Graham and Tom Neill recently settled a premises liability lawsuit involving a dog attack of a young girl. The then three-year-old girl suffered severe and permanent injuries, and will continue to require surgery. The settlement includes annual payments after the girl turns 18.
