$3.5 Million Medical Negligence; Nursing Error

GRG attorney Joan Lockwood obtained a $3.5 million settlement in a medical negligence claim involving nursing error in an ICU. The nursing error followed a neurologic procedure. The error caused a brain injury and permanent disability for a 71 year old woman and damages for her husband of 50 years.
