AT&T Internet Class Settlement
A St. Louis Circuit County judge certified a class action against AT&T asserting claims for customers alleging that they received slower DSL speeds than AT&T had advertised. Gray Ritter Graham attorney Don Downing was co-lead plaintiffs’ counsel for AT&T customers in five states. The value of overall settlement respecting this five-state portion had a value of approximately $61 million. Other Gray Ritter Graham attorneys involved in the case included Gretchen Garrison who led briefing on the appeal from certification as well as Tom Neill who was involved in settlement negotiations and claims administration.
