Pet Food Purchasers' Settlement of $32 Million

Gray Ritter Graham was appointed to leadership in an MDL involving pet food that was mislabeled. After significant discovery, the litigation was resolved for $32 million.  Leadership successfully obtained settlement approval against multiple objectors, which was upheld on appeal.
