Gray Ritter Graham Announce Settlement in Nation’s First Vioxx Consumer Fraud Class Action Lawsuit

Gray Ritter Graham have announced a settlement in their class action lawsuit against the makers of Vioxx, a prescription pain reliever used for the treatment of certain arthritis conditions. The lawsuit sought more than $220 million in damages for all Missouri residents who purchased Vioxx through September 2004.
