Maurice GrahamGray, Ritter & Graham attorney Maurice Graham filed a lawsuit against General Motors on behalf of a Cape Girardeau, Mo., woman who suffered severe injuries in an accident while driving her 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt in 2012. Her car was one of 2.6 million vehicles GM recalled earlier this year for a defective ignition switch, which the automaker has said can cause the vehicles to suddenly stop running. The lawsuit alleges her vehicle’s engine shut off while she was driving on Interstate 55, which caused the car to crash. The woman suffered serious and permanent injuries, including brain trauma and multiple fractures. To learn more, click here.
