Gray Ritter Graham Obtains $2 million Settlement for Driver Hit by Tractor Trailer Truck

Gray Ritter Graham attorneys Maurice Graham and Graham Dobbs recently obtained a $2 million settlement for a 41 year-old woman whose car was hit head-on by a tractor trailer truck. The collision occurred in Perry County, Missouri, south of St. Louis, when the driver of the truck made an improper turn. The truck driver acknowledged that he did not see the oncoming vehicle at the time he was making a turn into an industrial site where he was making a delivery. As a result of the accident, the woman suffered a badly fractured ankle.
