Gray Ritter Graham attorney Tom Neill was elected as the Commissioner of the Appellate Judicial Commission for the Eastern District of Missouri for a six-year term. The seven-member Commission selects nominees to fill vacancies on Missouri’s three appellate courts, as well as the Missouri Supreme Court. The Governor then appoints one of the three nominees to serve on the court.
