Downing Named a ‘POWER 30’ Attorney for Commercial & Consumer Litigation

Gray Ritter Graham attorney Don Downing has been named by Missouri Lawyers Weekly a “POWER30” attorney for Commercial & Consumer Litigation.  Missouri Lawyers Weekly selected Don and the other attorneys based on their experiences, interviews with respected attorneys and others around the state, and a review of the outcomes of significant cases they handled. For example, earlier this year Don led negotiations with Monsanto resulting in a $400 million settlement agreement for U.S. farmers over dicamba crop damage.  In 2018 he and other co-lead plaintiff counsel obtained a $1.51 billion settlement from  Syngenta for U.S. corn growers over its genetically modified corn seed.
