Gray Ritter Graham Announces it is Investigating GM Faulty Ignition Switch Claims
Gray Ritter Graham announced that is investigating potential legal claims of Missourians who purchased one of the vehicles recently recalled by General Motors for faulty ignition switches. A total of 1.6 million vehicles were recalled in February. The vehicles have defective ignition switches and are linked to crashes that have killed 13 people and caused dozens of accidents. The recalled vehicles are: 2005-2007 Chevrolet Cobalt, 2003-2007 Pontiac G5, 2003-2007 Saturn Ion, 2006-2007 Chevrolet HHR, 2006-2007 Pontiac Solstice, and 2007 Saturn Sky. The firm's investigations include Missouri consumers who have purchased one of the recalled vehicles, whether or not they have yet experienced ignition switch problems.
