Cole and Lockwood Presenters at Best Practices in Civil Litigation CLE
GRG attorneys Morry Cole and Joan Lockwood were speakers at the St. Louis County Bar Association's CLE "Best Practices in Civil Litigation" held on April 11, 2024. Morry spoke on the topic of Best Practices for Remote Proceedings to give tips to other attorneys and judges about conducting depositions, hearings and trials via video conference. Joan spoke on Jury Instructions and the 10 most common pitfalls of MAI Instructions and how to avoid them.
