Lockwood Article on Juror Misconduct in Civil Trial

Gray Ritter Graham attorney Joan Lockwood wrote an article for the Winter 2017 edition of The Missouri Trial Attorney, a publication of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys,  that discusses a civil trial in which juror misconduct was alleged by the plaintiff.  The case, ultimately decided by the Missouri Supreme Court, ruled the misconduct did not warrant a new trial.  The original trial resulted in a verdict for the defendant.
