New Ruling Allows Certain Claims to Proceed in GM Faulty Ignition Switch Litigation

The Second Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a bankruptcy’s judge’s decision to bar certain claims, including those relating to losses suffered as a result of the dangerous and faulty ignition switch defect contained in certain GM vehicles.
