Gray Ritter Graham Investigating Valsartan

prescription drugs 2 pixlr

Recently, the FDA issued a nationwide recall for many forms of Valsartan, the generic form of Diovan, which is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and heart failure.  That recall was issued because the medication was contaminated with N-Nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA).  The medications have now also been found to include another contaminant, N-Nitrosodicthylamine (NDEA).  Both of those impurities are known to be probable human carcinogens.

Attorneys at Gray Ritter Graham are currently investigating possible claims against the manufacturers of the drug Valsartan.  If you have purchased Valsartan since 2012 and have not been diagnosed with cancer, you may have a potential consumer claim.  If you would like to discuss whether the St. Louis law firm Gray Ritter Graham can help you determine your options, please call 314-241-5620 or toll free 800-451-2950.
