$6.4 Million Medical Malpractice Verdict in St. Louis County

Gray Ritter Graham attorneys Graham Dobbs and Pat Hagerty obtained a $6.4 million verdict in St. Louis County, in a medical malpractice case where the primary care physician failed to recognize a developing, serious infection. The patient suffered a devastating  stroke and serious neurological injury because the infection, endocarditis, had set up on a heart valve and migrated to the man’s brain.
