Defective Light Curtain Settlement

In early 2021, Gray Ritter Graham obtained a substantial confidential settlement for a young man who suffered serious, permanent internal injuries when he was crushed by a press that cycled while he was within the danger zone. The resulting medical bills were in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. The press was supposed to have functioning light curtains, which would stop the press from cycling immediately.
