Don Downing Named a "Litigator of the Week"

Following the July 1 $750 million settlement with Bayer, in which he led the negotiations on behalf of the plaintiff U.S. rice farmers, Don Downing was named a "Litigator of the Week" by The American Lawyer Litigation Daily.
