Downing Interviewed on Missouri Dicamba Class Action Lawsuit
Gray Ritter Graham attorney Don Downing played integral roles in the recent $1.51 billion settlement over Syngenta GMO corn and previous $750 million settlement over Bayer GMO rice, representing farmers in each class action. He’s now representing Missouri farmers in a class action lawsuit over Monsanto’s dicamba herbicide.
