Downing Presenter at Baylor Law School Program
Gray Ritter Graham attorney Don Downing participated as a panelist in an August 13 Zoom presentation to students in the Baylor Law School LL.M. Litigation Management program. The topic was “Common Benefit Orders in Multidistrict Litigation." The Baylor Law Executive LL.M. in Litigation Management program is designed for attorneys with a J.D. from an accredited law school who want to specialize in the innovative management of high-stakes or high-volume litigation. Attorneys with at least three years of experience practicing law of are eligible for the program.
