Lockwood to be Presenter at 2023 Judicial Colleges

GRG attorney Joan Lockwood will be a presenter at the annual 2023 Judicial Colleges in Springfield, Missouri, on August 22, 2023 for the Summer session and in Chesterfield, Missouri, on October 24, 2023 for the Fall session. 

Lockwood will present on Missouri Civil Jury Instructions and will provide foundational education on jury instructions - the "who, what, where, why and how" for instructing civil juries. In addition, the presentation will examine and explain recent updates and changes to jury instructions from Missouri Supreme Court Orders and cases from the appellate courts.
