Neill Makes Presentation on Missouri Nonpartisan Court Plan

Gray Ritter Graham attorney Tom Neill discussed Missouri's Nonpartisan Court Plan at a July 14 meeting of the Missouri Asian American Bar Association. Under the Missouri Plan, when there is a judicial vacancy on certain courts, the governor appoints one of three nominees selected on merit by a judicial commission. Neill is a member of the 22nd Circuit Judicial Commission.
