GRG Attorney Don Downing Named to Missouri Lawyers Weekly’s POWER List

Gray Ritter Graham attorney Don Downing has once again been recognized for his outstanding work, earning a spot on Missouri Lawyers Weekly’s POWER List for Commercial and Consumer Litigation.

Over the years, Downing has become a nationally respected leader in mass tort and class action cases—especially those involving farmers and biotech companies. His track record includes some of the largest agricultural settlements in U.S history: $750 million in genetically modified rice cases, $1.51 billion in Syngenta corn cases, and $400 million in dicamba herbicide cases.

Beyond the courtroom, Downing plays a key role in the legal community. He’s currently co-chair of the Missouri state committee of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and serves on Missouri state committee for the American College of Trial Lawyers. He also previously served on the governing board of the University of Missouri system, including serving one year as chair.
